During our weekly cooking workshops, vegetable and fruit surpluses from supermarkets that are still in perfect order are transformed by local residents into tasty dishes such as vegetarian sauces and dishes, delicious soups, sandwich salads, jam, pickled vegetables, stews and much more! Anyone can buy these products in the Social Grocery Store Rabot. The spreads, hummus, chutneys, jams... are also for sale at Akker & Ambacht in the Brugse Poort and OHNE in the (Steendam / Koningin Elisabethlaan / OHNE Aalst)
